Charles C. McCaskey
Associate Attorney
Charles McCaskey was born in Tulsa and raised in Verdigris. He is a proud native Oklahoman and a proud Cherokee Citizen. Growing up in rural Oklahoma, Charles quickly went to work in his father’s landscaping company, where he learned the value of hard work and doing things right the first time. Charles married his high school sweetheart, Marynda. They have one daughter, Ella, and have been active foster parents. Charles and Marynda are proud active members of the United Methodist Church. Charles graduated from Oral Roberts University with a theology degree. Thereafter, he attended the University of Tulsa, and he graduated in May of 2021 with his Juris Doctor and a certificate in Native American legal studies. While at the University of Tulsa, Charles received several academic awards and graduated with highest honors.
Before coming to Creek County Law, Attorney Charles McCaskey worked at the Tulsa County PublicDefender’s Office as an intern, helping to serve children going through adoptions, guardianships, and the foster care system. During his time serving children, Charles assisted them through some of the hardest and most challenging times of their lives. While working with children, Charles helped the least among us understand the law and find their voice in the legal system. Charles is passionate about helping others through difficult periods, finding resolution, and will ensure that you are not alone.
